General House Rules - VakantieOtterlo.nl
Welcome to VakantieOtterlo.nl! We hope you have a relaxing and enjoyable stay. To ensure that all guests can enjoy a pleasant holiday, we apply the following house rules:
1. Arrival & Departure
- Check-in is possible from 3:00 PM .
- Check-out must be done before 10:00 am .
- Please leave the accommodation clean and tidy upon departure.
2. Rest & Behavior
- There is a night's rest period between 22:00 and 08:00 , please be considerate of other guests.
- Parties and loud music are not allowed.
- Treat the accommodation, the park and nature with respect.
3. Use of the Accommodation
- Smoking is not permitted in the accommodations. Use an ashtray outside and do not throw cigarette butts on the ground.
- Pets are only allowed in cottages where this is explicitly stated.
- Do not use open fires or barbecues in undesirable places.
4. Visit & Occupation
- The accommodation is only intended for the number of persons specified in the booking.
- Visitors are welcome, but are not allowed to stay overnight without prior permission.
5. Waste & Environment
- Separate your waste and use the designated containers.
- Do not leave food scraps outside to avoid causing nuisance to animals.
- Be careful with energy and water consumption.
6. Safety
- Do not leave doors and windows open unnecessarily to prevent burglary or damage.
- Please use the accommodation and the park responsibly.
- In case of emergency, call 112 or contact the park manager.
7. Liability
- VakantieOtterlo.nl is not responsible for loss, theft or damage to personal property.
- Any damage to the accommodation or inventory must be reported immediately. Costs for damage may be charged.
8. Departure & Deposit
- Please check that you have all your belongings when you leave.
- The deposit will be refunded if the accommodation is left in good condition.
